The Superintendent will headline the 2020 WPSNE Founders Day 

celebrating the 218th anniversary of the founding of the USMA.

Who: Alumni and friends of West Point in the New England Region

What: Founders Day Banquet with the 60th Superintendent of the Academy, Lieutenant General Darryl Williams ’83

Where: Boxboro Regency Hotel, 242 Adams Place, Boxborough, MA 01719

When: 530pm – 1030pm, April 4th, 2020

Why: Celebrate the 218th anniversary of the Founding of the United States Military Academy


Speaker: Lieutenant General Darryl A. Williams ’83, 60th Superintendent of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY

Entertainment: The Benny Havens Band will accompany the Superintendent and provide popular music throughout the evening

Meal: Prime Rib, Boxborough Chicken, Baked Haddock or Vegetarian

Schedule of Activities:

1730: Benny Havens Cocktail Hour & Silent Auction

1900: Founders Day Activities & Dinner (Silent Auction Continues)

Additional Details:

Attire for the event is semi-formal. Men – Dark suit, white or light shirt & tie (black tie optional), Women – Cocktail attire, Military – Army Service Uniform.

The silent auction will benefit two deserving causes:  the Army Women’s Basketball History Project Army Womens Basketball  & Homes for our Troops

The Army Womens Basketball History Project is an effort of Friends of Army Womens Basketball. June 8, 2020

28th Annual All Academy Golf Challenge at Stow Acres Country Club.

Alumni of USMA, USNA, USCGA, USAFA, Norwich and their guests are invited to join us! The event is open to all graduates, cadets, veterans, friends, family, and guests.

Teams compete for the Challenge Cup and the Ken Kronlund Open. The Ken Kronlund Open is named in honor of the late Ken Kronlund, USMA ’52 who founded the All Academy Golf Challenge in 1993.  Lunch will be served.

Come join us for a day of golf, friendly competition, prizes, and camaraderie with friends, fellow alumni, and golfers from the “other” academies.

Golfer registration and lunch only registration will be open in the next few months.
