Army defeats Navy 17-10 as 150 Army and Navy alumni cheer for their football teams at the Cask ‘n Flagon near Fenway Park.
Army retained the Commander-in-Chief’s trophy as they defeated the Navy team for the third straight year. The Navy defense disrupted many scoring drives through amazing individual plays and kept the game score close despite the dominance of the Army offensive attack and tremendous team defense. Friends and family of Army and Navy alumni gathered at the Cask ‘n Flagon near Fenway Park to cheer on their respective teams. Attendees donated many unwrapped toys as part of the festivities for the annual Toys for Tots fundraiser lead by the Marine Corps. Thank you to the local Navy Society for hosting the festivities and arranging ample food, drink, and a perfect venue with many huge TV screens to view the game.
